Operating from residential premises on “South Hill” keeps overheads to a minimum, thereby keeping prices lower to benefit you, the client.  For those living in South Grafton, it eliminates the need to cross the bridge, saving both time and money.  For those living in Grafton, it provides an opportunity to experience specialised treatments in a setting different to and more relaxed than the traditional beauty salon.  We provide weekend and after hours appointments to suit all lifestyles, work and family commitments.

Wendy Lee, founder and owner of Glimmer Beauty, has been involved in the health and beauty industry for more than a decade.  Her qualifications include a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Certificate IV in Aromatherapy and Certificate IV in Massage.  Wendy’s passion for and dedication to health and beauty is highlighted in her business philosophy of the provision of excellent service combined with the use of the highest quality products available.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Glimmer Beauty Service, we'll make a new appointment to solve the problem. If you're still not satisfied, we'll refund your money. We offer this quality assurance to every customer, every time.

It would be appreciated if all appointments were made at least 24 hours in advance to enable our therapists to make necessary preparations for the following day.  We also understand that sometimes plans change at short notice.  However, whenever possible, we would appreciate 24 hours notice for changes, cancellations or re-scheduling an appointment.
